How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?

Can I exchange a product for a different model?
If you would like to swap your infrared sauna, cold plunge, or red light therapy panel for a different model, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will walk you through the exchange process outlined in our Return Policy.
What is the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?
Traditional saunas heat the air around you using a conventional heater, while infrared saunas use infrared light panels designed to warm your body more directly at lower ambient temperatures. Both options offer a relaxing at-home sauna experience with different heat profiles.
Do your red light therapy panels require any special setup?
Most of our red light therapy panels are designed for simple at-home use. They typically mount on a door or wall with the included hardware, and plug into a standard household outlet.
